Do you send a physical gift?
No. GiftVideo provides digital videos only. We do not sell or ship video books, DVDs, USB drives, or other physical products.
How will I receive the video?
Save and export an MP4 in the editor, then download when rendering completes. Only the organizer can access source media and exports; download the result to share it.
What does a video cost?
Prices and package details are being finalized. Confirm the quote and included work before placing an order.
Can I edit or automatically generate videos on this website?
Yes. Create a project, invite image and video contributions, arrange clips, adjust duration, captions and volume, add music and export MP4. Projects support up to 30 clips and 10 minutes, edited by the organizer.
Are the scene images real customer examples?
The labeled scene images are AI-created illustrations of gifting occasions, not customer testimonials or physical products for sale.
